Walk The Talk’s approach aims to identify the Value Chain of the partner company it interfaces with to jointly analyze essential processes, the decision-making pyramid, and the executive organization in order to identify areas for development or increased efficiency. Becoming a Partner of WATT means transferring a deep understanding of the company’s assets and enhancing it with our unique and innovative methodology, as it is the result of integrated theatrical and corporate experiences.

In addition to the two founding partners, there is the possibility of engaging top professionals in the fields of IT, logistics, and large event organization, motivation, self-awareness, and mindfulness, available on demand according to the needs of the project, which we will tailor in all details and ‘accessories’ based on the leading team’s strategy.

The intervention project begins, as we will see, with an analysis of the partner’s structure and processes, proposing operational revisions that increase efficiency but above all the effectiveness of the company’s Value proposition. At this point, the training proposal will cascade down to marketing managers and the front line to align the entire organization on principles of continuous improvement of effectiveness, fully shared and engaging on an emotional and relational level.
